This will be our fourth ‘end-to-end’ conference and this year it will be bigger and better than ever as we celebrate Balloon’s 20th anniversary.
We are excited to announce that, for the very first time, we are taking the event outside the UK and heading to Italy. We owe this exciting opportunity to our partner, Sealed Air, who is generously hosting the two-day conference at its Packforum site in Milan.
Accommodation for attendees will be at the nearby Litta Palace Hotel.
Highlights of E2E 2023.
The conference is an excellent opportunity to get together with our customers, to update you with our news about the company and our supply chain solutions.
With ample opportunities to connect with both Balloon staff and the other delegates, it also provides a unique platform for exchanging ideas and fostering collaboration.
Here are some of the highlights.
Sealed Air Packform.
Sealed Air is giving delegates the opportunity to experience its 3,100 m2 Packforum centre.
This experience allows delegates to get involved and interact with Sealed Air’s innovative and sustainable packaging technology.
The facility has a number of presentation scenarios, including a virtual supermarket, a smart demonstration kitchen and 3D modelling and packaging visualisation tools.
Geo2 launch.
This session gives delegates a chance to experience a demo of Geo2, which we previewed at last year’s E2E Conference.
Geo2 is a route planning and optimisation Transport Management System (TMS) that evolved from our Springboard Delivery product. We have significantly improved and rebuilt it from scratch before we relaunched it as Geo2.
With added functionality and enhanced capabilities, it will transform your last-mile delivery operations, saving you time, fuel and money.
SAP Concur Invoice.
SAP Concur Invoice captures invoices using OCR technology and automates the process. By eliminating manual paperwork and reducing the invoice processing time, it helps accounts payable staff to be much more productive.
SAP Concur Invoice helps your staff to easily identify the status of invoices and manage processes so that duplicate invoices are avoided.
It avoids time-consuming scanning and rekeying of details and it’s easy to select expenditure categories without needing to remember codes. This limits errors and streamlines the approvals process.
SAP Concur Invoice seamlessly integrates with other SAP products, as well as other ERP and financial solutions such as NetSuite and QuickBooks.
New Körber functionalities.
We’ll be showcasing two new functionalities of Körber WMS:
- Schedule: this allows you to book appointments at your inbound and outbound docks. You can schedule carrier arrivals and departures and share access to partners to add their own appointments. There is a calendar view for efficient organisation and documents can be attached to appointments.
- Image: this module allows you to upload, store and track electronically generated documents or scanned images. In-built OCR technology lets you convert paper documents into electronic ones and the metadata search functionality helps you quickly find documents.

Early bird tickets are now on sale – at £249.90 per person.
Your ticket price includes two nights’ bed and breakfast accommodation at the hotel, conference admission, arranged transfers between the hotel and conference, the dinner and mixer on 28th, lunch on 28th and brunch on 29th.
Flights to Milan and transfers to and from the airport are not included. The nearest airport is Milan Malpensa.
Your last day to book tickets at early bird prices will be 18th June 2023. After that, prices rise to £271.56 each.
