Account Manager
As Balloon’s Account Manager I am focused on looking after the many accounts who have implemented one or more of our solutions. This involves focusing on their current IT architecture, understanding the evolving challenges that their business face, and ultimately proposing solutions to these challenges through our services, solutions and partnerships. The role is incredibly diverse and allows me to work at both tactical and strategic levels, working with users, managers and directors within our clients’ businesses.

- Fully accredited K.Motion (formally HighJump) Warehouse Management System consultant.
- NVQ in Business Administration.
I have been working at Balloon since early 2015 in both Consulting and Account Management roles. My background in Consulting allows me to bring a technical approach to the Account Management role. Prior to working at Balloon One I had gained 5 years experience in the third-party logistics (3PL) industry.
When I take a break from helping to deliver your business goals, I can be found:
- Caring for my house plants and Beagle.
- Decorating – home improvement is a passion of mine and I’m always looking for the next big project to work on.
- Travelling – I have travelled extensively in the last 10 years and look forward to crossing more countries off my bucket list.
Any Italian or Asian cuisine is favourite, however I’m particularly partial to Salmon and Prawns.
