As Balloon’s Consultant Development Manager I am responsible for the growth and development of our Consultants. Their constant development ensures we can continue to deliver the goals of our customers businesses. I also manage our customers Implementation Projects through to the Support handover, ensuring this is actioned within budget and in a customer driven timescale.

Lean 6 Sigma Black Belt – I’m well versed in the Lean Six Sigma Methodology, qualifying me to lead complex improvement projects.
I’ve been in my current role with Balloon since 2019. I bring over 30 years worth of experience within logistics and warehousing:
- 10 years with Pandora Jewelry as Director of Asia Pacific (APAC) Operations
- 10 years with Pentland brands as Warehouse Manager
- 10 years with M&S as Warehouse Manager
When I take a break from helping to deliver your business goals, I can be found:
- At the gym
- Watching Boxing
- Reading – in particular self development books
I am completely inspired by Mohammad Ali.
