As Balloon’s UK Project Delivery Manager I lead our team of various Supply Chain and Software Consultants. This involves overseeing our Implementation Projects with new customers, managing the project methodology and assisting with the scoping and design of software solutions. Our solutions are designed around your businesses requirements/goals, and are delivered within a customer-driven timeline.

I studied at the University of Huddersfield to gain a BSc in Transport and Logistics. This took 4 years to obtain, including a year in industry.
I’ve worked at Balloon for 11 years, in a variety of roles:
- TMS consultant
- WMS consultant
- Consultant Development Manager
- UK Project Delivery Manager)
I have also had previous work within the Supply Chain industry working as a Logistics Manager at Napier Brown.
When I’m taking a break from supporting our customers, I can be found:
- Playing or watching football
- Playing golf
- Watching a TV thriller
In my opinion nothing beats a steak and chips
