As Balloon’s Service Delivery Director I lead our team of Support Consultants providing ongoing support for our clients. If any challenge were to arise you’re in safe hands and will be looked after carefully by the Support Team. We do also offer an optional Premium Support Service that provides 24/7 global support. Regardless of your support package, my team are responsive acting swiftly and effectively to minimise any challenges impact on your operation.

Lets get acquainted.
I spent 4 years studying to get a BSc in Computer Science. I studied at the University of Computer Sciences and Skills in Poland.
Since earning my degree I have gained over 12 valuable years experience in IT Management. I started in Balloon as a Support Consultant in 2015 and then became a Senior Support Consultant. In 2018 I started my current management role – Service Delivery Manager.
