Over the last year or so, we’ve expanded the Balloon One operation into a number of new markets across the globe. Here’s a summary of our international work.
International Teams
Aside from the UK head office operation, which currently has 23 employees, we have teams in three other locations:
- North America – we offer advisory, consultancy and support for customers in the US and Canada
- India – three support representatives and a database administrator provide technical support to customers
- Asia – with a dedicated regional project manager, we manage and support supply chain projects across the continent
24/7 Support
Most of our clients are aware of our UK support desk. But with teams in several other continents, we can provide 24 hour, “follow the sun” support. This means that we can ably support our global clients that have offices across the world. We’ll always have an office in their time zone, and can assist them at any time of the working day – and out of hours if required.
Recent International Business
We are working with clients in a number of international locations.
Republic of Ireland
We’re working with two companies in Ireland. For a provider of catering supplies and equipment based in Dublin we have integrated HighJump Warehouse Edge with their installation of Microsoft Dynamics GP.
And for another Dublin-based buying group representing more than 150 builder’s merchants, DIY, home and garden stores across Ireland, we integrated HighJump Warehouse Edge with SAP Business One.
Poland
We’re helping one of our clients, a large sports nutrients manufacturer and supplier, with its IT for its new warehouse in Poland.
Asia
In a two-year project with a phased rollout for a foods distributor client of ours, we’re deploying SAP Business One, HighJump Warehouse Edge, Springboard Delivery and Valogix across 11 Asian countries.
Multiple Global Locations
We’re providing and integrating warehouse software for a soft toy manufacturer and retailer, which has opened operations in the US, Hong Kong and China.
Having extended its operations to the UK and to Hong Kong, a US dance wear retailer is now requiring new supply chain solutions.
We’re helping a large jewellery maker with supply chain software for its operations in Thailand, the US and Hamburg, Germany.
The Shrinking World
