A whiteboard works beautifully at 200 orders a week. At 500 it isn't twice as bad, it's unusable, because the number of things that must be cross-checked grows faster than the number of orders. Slotting and routing then usually free up capacity in the building you already have, which is why we'd look at that before you consider a bigger site.

Then we establish whether that piece lands safely in the time available. Nobody should be going live with everything mid-surge.

Do we have to replace all our systems at once?
